Open Question: What should I do with my daughter and her cell phone.?
Ok, so I got sick of my iPhone 3GS so I gave it to my daughter and bought another Blackberry Bold. I love having two Blackberries. The problem is that since I have gotten my daughter this iPhone she hasn’t gotten off of it. She drains the battery 2-3 times a day and used 20,000 text messages last month. What do I do? How do I get her off the phone?
Open Question: Please help me! I can’t get over the past. What should I do?
Read EVERYTHING before you answer or don’t answer at all please.
I am a girl. I had a crush on a guy for years. I am barely a teenager. so sorry if you are opposed to pre-teenage dating; I am too. I once lived in a rural town. It wasn’t lots of farms or anything like that. I used to live in upstate New York. My elementary school was one of 4 in the city. My entire grade had 25 people in it. I had many friends and we were all very close because we were together all day and the class was so small. I developed a crush on a guy early. I denied the fact that I had a crush on him for years. My school was k-6th grade. I moved away after sixth grade. I miss him all the time. Sometimes I regret not telling him, but I know that if I did and we got closer I would only miss him more. He was mature and funny and athletic. My first year at the new school I was always depressed and making bad stereotypical opinions about my new school. I always wore old t-shirts and bad clothing; in my old school kids didn’t care about clothes. The new school I moved to had 6th grade in elementary so I had trouble adjusting especially because I didn’t get the extra guidance 6th graders get. My classes were also switched around a lot as the school tested me. Kids made fun of my academics and called me a nerd. This year, I’m starting to feel better. I begged my mom to help me buy new clothes so I wear better stuff this year. I have some people that I call “friends”, but I never talk to them outside of school. The guys at my school are uninterested in me. I’m not into the whole 13-14 year old dating thing. I miss having guy friends, but the guys are different here. A lot of them are immature and some that might be nice act rude because the cool kids are jerks. I don’t have a cell phone ore a facebook account. I know that’s not normal for kids my age. Some people think that I’m deliberately not talking to people and being rude. I’m sometimes worried that people think I’m a lesbian – which I am not at all. I find myself thinking about a few particular people from my old school a lot and I talk about it way too much. I am emotionally ready for dating, but I know I also am not old enough to have any type of serious relationship; I feel like an adult trapped in a teenager’s body sometimes. How do I stop thinking about my old school and start being somewhat normal?
Oh please somebody read and answer! I really do need some help.
