Open Question: What can you do when you have a stalker on the net and on the phone?
My soon to be ex has a live in who, though I’ve long since let go of that piece of trash starting from the moment I found out about his affair(s), continues to call me, leave messages on my voice mail, and harrass me in general. Not just in person but on the net. I threw him out of the house and we were to get counseling to try to mend our marriage. He took an apartment instead, so I let him and thought I could move on with my life in peace. We were having a friendly separation until her insecurities got the better of her. She’d show up at my house and had him convinced that it was ok to do that. Wow, you’d think it’d be the other way around. This is twisted. I had a page on myspace and some songs. Due to her continued harrassment there and vile and disgusting messages regarding details of their sex life that were posted on “kids songs” that were to cheer up my son and make him laugh. I removed all those songs and no longer log into myspace, but the harrassment continues. It seems to bother her when any of my friends there whom she has also started sending messages to in hopes that they’ll be passed along to me. They had to block both she and my soon to be ex. Seems he has a real problem with me filing for divorce from him and is using that naive woman who obviously has mental issues to try to hurt me or more. One of us has to file, wont allow him to keep me a captive wife. He continues to carry a $250k life insurance policy on me though he’s been living with the other woman for about a year. I had no money because he cut me said he wasn’t paying for my attorney. In a different state now and I have found a way to divorce him. I think my husband and his mistress is cracked seriously. Last night was the latest round of messages via cell phone. Finally told both of them that I was taking all those messages to the police and that this Phenominal woman whom they tried to destroy was still divorcing him and he couldn’t stop me. I could go on and on about this soap opera that has become my life. Hoping that reporting the incidents will stop the harrassment so I can move on with my life in peace.

Saddest part to this is that we share two small sons who he’s also lied to continually. They haven’t seen their dad, by his choice, since Dec. 2008 and then only for an hour one day the entire month. Nor did he bother buying them Christmas presents, he bought her a ring instead because she wanted some sign that he was going to marry her. Dispite that I’ve tried to set my own feelings aside and try to keep the relationship between father and child intact. Every time my husband and I take a few steps forward in keeping him active in his sons lives, the mistress causes problems and riles my husband up. It’s to the point where he sends very vile messages to me and is abusive. I paid for reunification therapy for the sole purpose of keeping him in his sons life. I try very hard not to speak ill in front of my kids. The kinder I am to him, the crueler he becomes. He finally, to her happiness, cut off child support completely. Tired of dealing with all the nonsense of her and her insecuriites and his cruelties and his not supporting the kids and lying to them continually.

Barring all grammatical errors, hope you understand my plight. This would be funny if it were a dream but this is a nightmare.

Open Question: Is it me? Or my Parents?
I am 14 years old highschool student, and I love my parents a lot, but we don’t get along very well. I want to know if it is me that needs to change, or is it just them that needs to start understanding me more.

Here are some situations/causes in which I get into huge fights with them:

1. My parents criticize my weight constantly! I have a medium sized body frame, my height is about 5′3″ and weigh 112 lbs. They would call me a “pig” or “gorilla” in front of my friends, and at times I would cry in my room or take many sorts of diet pills my mom keeps to help me feel better. I have told them that it hurts when they do that, but they still continue to do so.

2. My parents own a business and I help out. I would earn tips, and get to keep them. I use the money to pay for my cell phone bills and everything and I NEVER ask my parents for money However .. they don’t let me use MY money of my own free will. For example, the other day, I went and bought a professional make-up kit for the cost of $52 in which had the value of $658 at Sephora, and they made me return it on the same day b/c they said that it was “stupid”. I’ve told them that it was something that I really wanted, but they didn’t listen.

3. Okay, and also, I have an emotional problem and at times, when I’m stressed, sad, or angry, I would just try to get to someplace quiet to cry. One time my mom went looking for me, and found me crying, she started yelling at me and called my dad out. He then yelled at me too and eventually slapped me. What I don’t get is that they KNOW I am sensitive and highly emotional yet they act that way… and trust me, I’ve tried talk to them but they take what I say as a sign of disrespect and rebellion.

Note: I AM EXTREMELY stubborn, and I would ignore them because I’m just sick and tired of all the yelling and fighting all the time. … but it just makes it worse b/c I would get in trouble again -.-

These listed is just the few of the major causes, … please help.
