Open Question: Is there a used cell phone I can get that I can put my SIM card in and start using?
I have T-Mobile and a razor that shuts itself off. I don’t want a new plan so I’m hoping to buy a used phone that I can plug in my SIM card to and begin using. Is this even possible?? On eBay, some say you need to “activate” the phone even though it’s unlocked. What the hell does that mean?
Open Question: Do I have to pay an activation fee?
Im planning on buying a new cell phone (no contract). i currently have an existing phone plan which does not end till next year. will i have to pay an activation fee in order to use my new phone?
