Open Question: TECHIES! any programs at cnet that can remove KEYLOGGERS? my passwords were stolen on craiglist.org etc help!?
out of the blue i could not log into craiglist tol surf n buy things like cell phones etc.. i like the site as i buy n sell etc.. but from that day my passwords never worked and craigslist calls this a pharming scam? for some reason i cannot open new accounts on craigslist fr my own computer but i can from a friends computer. heres the relevance, after opening an acct from a friends computer, everything is fine until i go too access the new remote accts from my computer! 2days into using my computer its like the scammers caught up with my craiglist accounts and the passwords are changed! the link too reset for new password shows up when i try too log in etc.. how this happens is beyond me other than im hacked etc.. naturally craiglist does nothing! even after 34 emails, they say they are investigating.

heres the deal, yes my laptop is hacked or victim of pharming, but where do i go fr here? i have too use craigslist as its the most popular site in the world right now with the best volume etc.. if your car motor was damaged you would replace it, if your cell phone was shot you would do the same, so what do i do with my current cricket wireless broadband service now that its been compromised? do i just replace the wireless modem? or computer? i have a pre paid blackberry phone that i can add minutes too and use for a new internet connection, can i use the blackberry as a solid internet modem and post up ads via the phone? should i simply wipe out my hard drive on my laptop and reformat or uninstall reinstall? if i do the complete wipe, then im using the same computer and what about the wireless broadband with the same IP address? should i wipe out windows then just get a new wireless company for my online connection? any recommendations on wireless connections lol… could i just get a dfferent wireless through cricket by explaining too them whats goin on? im a victim of keylogging or pharming etc.. is this hackin done via my IP address and if not then how does this happen and how do i get rid of all of this and start over before everything is compromised and backdoor crashes occur? what would you do? i have a backup acer mini notebook too use and it has a separate cricket account that i have not used yet. i dont know if the IP’s are dynamic or static etc… what is with craigslist? how is it that i cannot just create a new account? thats whats keying me in thinking that a business competitor has keylogged me as they too use craiglist and now that we use the site and everytime that i have used that site my passwords are stolen rendering my accounts ineffective and i cant open new accounts! thats a telltale sign i think… as im not having problems anywhere else but craigslist! this has gone on for a month! i have not been able too fix this problem! what would do from here? if i wipe it clean and reformat windows are trackin cookies still present? will this start all over again? why cant i just purchase a new wireless broadband service and change Ip addresses and go on with my business? how do you change your technical identity online so i am not pegged again or go through this again.. how am i identified by these hackers? my ip address?
i have malwarebytes antimalware and run it 5x day. avast run 2x daily… my windows defender that i didnt know existed had a file called mambswiss file in it that was allowed in and is some form of spying tool? this turned up as a file i noticed? i wish i knew how too remove this stuff.. i have VISTA

Open Question: hello, my craiglist account passwords were stolen ie. pharming scammed.. any remedies?
I have used craigslist too post up properties for rent and too buy n sell stuff etc.. recently alot of people have fallen victim of a scam method called pharming where the idiots scammers steal your craigslist account passwords/user id and sell them too spammers. they sell the active accounts too idiots that perpetrate fraud etc.. now, i tried too open new accounts and ea time that i tried too log in my accounts i ended up with stolen passwords and still do. in fact i cannot open accounts at all and have too via a separate computer. so, this is a pain in the a%% right now and i use this site frequently too rent out properties as i have been successful meeting very solid good people on this site etc.. i would like too continue using this site but i cannot i assume under my current IP address or however the scammers track me etc.. if this was a cell phone problem i would just change the number, but this is an online identity problem and ive been hijacked! so how do i remedy this situation? i have cricket wireless broadband right now and ive called them and they dont give a damn and blow me off. ive also emailed craiglist.org and theyve spammed me the same response 34 times now. their standard response is that they are workin on it. THIS STARTED 4 WEEKS AGO! I ask them repeatedly on how too establish a new account with craigslist and they say nothing but respond with spam spelling out the various forms of fraud etc.. I have been recieving mail from my bank stating that i was turned down for a mutual fund acct when ive never applied for one! ive recieved credit card bills and they arent my credit cards etc… my identity and all has been compromised and this is an issue that i have too report too the police tommorrow ie. fraud/identity theft. i checked my windows defender scan history and it uncovered a mbamswiss file thats sketchy and that ive found too be some intrusive spyware etc.. but somehow the file was cleared and entered my system. ive got a can of worms here im like a ship taking on water and sinking as my online identity and personal identity has been compromised. WHAT SHOULD I DO WITH MY WIRELESS ACCOUNT? should i have cricket close it down? they offer no advice! i only use avast and malwarebytes antimalware? they are good but im assuming i need anti spyware?

any advice? sorry so long! but this is a lenghty issue, thanks for reading!
