Open Question: WHAT DO I DO??? PLEASE HELP. MY BOYFRIEND OF ALMOST FOUR YEARS LIED ABOUT THIS. IS IT ACCEPTABLE?? help!!!!!!!?
On Thurs we went to the gym together. I have really never not trusted him. We get along fine. I couldn’t find my cell phone so I asked to use his to call home. He gave it to me and during my convo a text came through. It said “Babe. I can’t believe we met quota for sales!” It was from his co-worker who is up for a management job at a hi -end sunglass store he works for in a mall. I quickly looked and there were a few earlier that day like “Hun. Can you come in earlier today cus I have to leave” His texts back were small talk like “Yea. I think you’re getting the manager position!” I was really upset so I confronted him. He claims she calls everyone “Babe” but she kept doing it so I text her “This is his girlfriend. Please stop calling him Babe. It’s very unprofessional. If my boss called me babe I would think its wierd” She never answered. We argued but I agreed to let it go as long as he doesnt get upset if I start texting guys when I need coverage at work. He agreed.

Yesterday he was at work and called me and said “I’m really upset because I was written up for what happened. I’m probably gonna get fired buy maybe I will quit first” I was so angry! How could your boss write you up if SHE was the inappropriate one calling you Babe and your girlfriend text her? He didn’t do anything. He swore to god that it happened but when I kept saying I was going to call corporate offices because he wanted to quit and it’s just not fair he got scared and said “we’ll I never was written up. I just gave my two weeks notice because I just feel wierd now and I don’t want to be in that situation at work” I was again really mad now. He lied and tried to blame me that he decided to quit. I kept says “why did you quit? I trust you. I don’t trust her flirting but I know you woldn’t cheat. I just am not too comfortable with you working alone in a very unbusy store with her now but I don’t want you to quit!!! I told you that yesterday. Why did you tell me you were written up for what I did and try to blame me for you leaving!? You better get your job back! Tell her now you didn’t mean it!!” He kept saying “no.. I will ask her tomorrow cuz she left now”. The whole thing once again seemed wierd to me so when he came over last night I said “you decided to quit anyway. i want you to stay. I am always going to feel at fault that you quit. Tell her tonight you changed your mind. She texts you all the time obviously anyway so tell her now!” A few hours went by. He kept saying “I will beg for my job back tomorrow”.. It just seemed wierd so I said “I don’t think you quit” Finally I took his phone and threatened to tell her myself that I didn’t want to leave. He started yelling again and said “I didn’t quit but I plan to soon. I just said that I did” So I walked out and only text him once and said “I can’t take the lies.. I need time. Do you want a girlfriend who texts coworkers that call her babe and a girlfriend that lies a lot? because if we get back together I prob won’t think twice about either because I lost trust in you” PLEASE.. wHAT DO I DO??????????
