Open Question: enforcing louisiana order?
My ex husband and I divorce in Lafayette Louisiana the judge gave me sole custody of our 12 year old daughter, In 2008 of May, my ex husband pick up our daughter as he usually does for the summer. I was out of town working in Alabama my oldest daughter took care of my daughter while I was gone. August 2008 I called him to meet me in Lafayette Louisiana with our daughter, because she was going to start school where I live now which is Decatur Georgia, he never showed up with my daughter. I had to turn around drive back to Georgia. My daughter had called me and asked me could she go to school in texas, and like a dummy I said yes. I only did this because she was scared going to a new state, leaving her older brother and sister’s behind in Louisiana they are all grown up plus she has nephews and niece in louisiana, thinking that since my ex husband lived in Texas that she can see my family, trying to make the transition easier on her,and all of my people are in Louisiana. she is a very smart girl straight (A) student. My ex husband took advantage of the situation he flip everything around and now he is filing child support on me, we agreed that Brandi would be living with him, yet he isn’t in the 4 bedroom house that he still has, he has moved in with the girlfriend and has my daughter under her roof. This woman causes conflict in this situation and my ex won’t stop the situation. She has block my cell phone number out of the phone he uses, it turns out to be her cell not his, I can’t get through to my daughter on my house phone because i call private only because this woman will block that one too. My ex husband went to the court and told them i abandon my daughter and all sort of things which isn’t true. What can I do from Georgia to change the whole situation? I have my divorce papers that I gotten from Louisiana stating that I have sole custody, my daughter has only been out their for 1 year. I really can use some serious advice. Because I have never stopped him from seeing our daughter when I live in Louisiana, yet he brain washes our daughter and uses scare tactics on her. I am remarried, which basically this is what it is all about his insecurities.
Open Question: What’s the best pay as you go cell phone plan and phones?
I currently am paying close to $50 a month through Verizon (and I have been a customer for years they are an outstanding cell phone company!) However, I don’t use my phone nearly as much as I used to and I feel like I am throwing my money away. I looked into Verizons prepaid phones and I don’t care for any of them. Besides I would like a pay as you go plan. What are the best payas you go plans and phones out there? I live in PA/NJ state line, between Philadelphia and New York City.
Open Question: Did my friend use me?
My best friend moved interstate after graduating from college. Not long after she told me she made new friends and told me she didnt have time for everyone. She then stopped contact with me. A year later she called saying she regretted stopping contact and needed to borrow $5000. She was begging and i didnt have the money so i sold my old motorbike and lent her the money. We talked on the phone once after this. I’ve called her 4 times this month and left text messages on her cell phone. She has not called back. I feel used at the moment. If i manage to get in contact with her should i be made? Was i used?
