Open Question: When online and typing in your cell# and then?
a code is given on the cell phone, is it possible that companies just charge your phone for services not received.
For example, I once tried a fun testing (assorted tests) site and it asked for my cell # to give me a code to get the results. I typed in the number, but never placed a code because I was using my aunt’s phone. She later claimed a 500 dollar bill for that, which SURPRISE didn’t even show on the bill that I found she so-call claimed was on the bill. Later, I showed her the bill and kindly asked about it….she got a bit squirmy and said she had the charges removed…BUT THAT’S AFTER IT WOULD BE ON THE BILL.
So, I’m wondering…those sites that ask for your cell# that are free without any downloads…how do they possibly charge or companies charge one’s phone by merely having a phone number?

Okay, so I just got an iPod Touch (cuz I can’t have a cell phone 
) and my friend has an iPod Touch too. I waswonderig is there an application that we can use to IM if were both in Wifi area, like our houses? Or is there a way to give my iTouch a phone # so we can use txtfree lite? thanks! 10 points for best answer (obviously!) (bwt sry for all the spelling errors but I’m on safari on my ipod touch,and as you probably know it’s REALLLY hard to type on it and I’m still learning

I wrote a composition of opinion, Would you please correct the mistakes?
Some people complain that cell phones are harmful for the health and we need to stop use them.
In my opinion, they aren’t absolutely right.
Maybe the cell phone radiation is harmful, but if we are careful and don’t talk a lot it’s ok,
I believe that everything what we do has its red line.
As I see it we may use the cell phone in a normal way, something like 2 hours of talking for a day, then it won’t be harmful for us.
In addition, I would like to say that talking on a cell phone, especially for teenagers who use it a lot, is great fun.
In short, it seems to me that we should talk on the cell phones sometimes but remember to not exaggerate because it’s harmful.
