Open Question: What can I do? I have no credit (no cell phone bill, no anything) but would like to buy this house…?
Unfortunately or fortunately, I have lived a very “sheltered” life and have no credit. Even my cell phone was “added” to my mother’s plan many many years ago and I just give her the money the last few years. I don’t have a credit card, never have. I don’t have ANY credit, none, seriously. BUT I do have this…(I don’t know if this will help at all) my car is in my fathers name BUT on the account page of the vehicle online, it does show my back account number and such because the last like 2 or so years I’ve paid the $400 a month on it. It’s linked to MY back account and shows that bank account number on there. It also has the payment history that has a column showing the payment amount, due date, pay date, and from which account that amount was taken out of. Now, again, it’s in his name but under that it shows my info and bank stuff attached to the account for a couple of years now. Would that help at all? Anyways, I bank with Wachovia, my dad banks with a more smaller, local company who just got bought out or he could have gotten my “the hook up” with his loan officer friend who is a small town friend of his since like 30 years ago and knows my dad’s good for his stuff from the loans he’s taken out and paid there. So where do I start, who do I talk to, what do I ask, WHAT ARE MY CHANCES, I don’t know ANYthing about any of this. (please be kind) It’s a pretty cheap house, around 70,000 good condition, and been on the market FOREVER. I’ve been employed with the same company for 4 years now and have proof of that, I make a decent amount (I’m very fortunate there) don’t have any debts or anything like that, never have. I’ve heard the term FHA used as far as what I should be asking about, but is that right? HELP PLEASE!
Geez geez Judy, I’m sorry I forgot to mention those things, forgive me. I told you I don’t know much about this stuff, please be kind, as far as savings and downpayment I do have about a 3-4% downpayment saved up, which I know is not much, but I have to pay for college and a big chunk for that just went out. I’ve already calculated expenses and “just in case money” otherwise I would not be looking to jump into something like buying a home. Plus my sister will be living with me paying rent (her insistence, not mine) so that is all worked out.

Open Question: Is IPL safe for a 15year old?
This place does IPL rejuevation, it only cost like $140 but it’s on offer for only $70-that’s cheap.
But how could I make sure that the IPL equipments they’re using on my face are safe and won’t wreck it?.

This place is kinda located in a local small shopping mall, they don’t have phone or faxes, bascially if you want to make appointments, you have to call them through their cell phone. :S

P;S: They’re on offer b/c they were advertized on a local coupon newspaper

IPL stands for Intense Pulsed Light LASER rejueventing treatments-its a skin treatment for pigmentations, ance, scars etc

Open Question: How can someone completely cut you off 100% with no contact for 3 months when they use to call every day?
I’m just curious as to how someone you’ve had sex with and known on-and-off for 2 years can cut you off, and completely out of their life cold turkey, after the ywere so intimate with you.

I mean he totaly cut me off from his life. He doesnt email, call, text, cell phone, or anyhting. He changed his myspace/facebook and AIM to “friends only” and removed me as a friend, so icant message him at all.

He did all this without even telling me he was leaving. He just vanished. I thought everything was going well. It’s not like a did anything to deserve this treatment. He’s bipolar type 1 and not taking any medication, but i dont think that has anything to do with it.

And yes he’s still alive cause i saw him driving his car in town. Has anyone ever been abandoned like this before by a friend or an ex-boyfriend?

Why do they do it?
