Open Question: Verizon phone similar to these?
I have Verizon and will probably be sticking with this company. I prefer US Cellulars plans (had them before) and AT&T’s phones (had them, too), but Verizon is best in our area. Now, of course, there are two phones I really like that are NOT Verizon (and one is US Cellular!). I really like the Samsung Gloss (US Cellular) and the LG Lotus (Sprint?). I have a Blitz, which is okay, but the other phones I prefer because they fit what I want in a phone:

1. FLIPS, not slides
2. QWERTY keyboard for texting
3. Simple front–no buttons, no touch screen, just a small screen for clock, etc.

Is there anything like this for Verizon? I just want something that I can use for calls, texts, and ringtones. THAT’S IT. I don’t care about music, games, apps, and all that other stuff.

Thanks in advance!
I just read that Verizon may still be releasing the “Strut.” Is this still in the works? Looks just like what I’m after.
Thanks dcx07. It’s not bad, I just don’t like that it flips two ways. I’ll have to see one in person to judge better.

But what is the point when there is no unlimited feature on the phones? It seems the faster the data speeds the quicker we will use up our alloted data. anyone think the same?
