Open Question: pantech jest, is it a good phone?
i have an env2 and the entire outside doesnt work so im looking into getting a new phone, it is time for an upgrade however i dont like the whole 9.99 data package which is now required for any of the “good phones” just yesterday i looked at the new feature phones that are listed on the website for verizon and saw that the pantech jest was newly added. I want to know if that phone is any good, or if it seems as though it would belong to a little kid. (plastic feel, really big font, really simple like my mom who is mechanically handicapped could figure out) and also what is with the directional ok button or something, whats that all about? another question i have is with the e-diary, what is that about? also with the whole social networking that would require a data package, correct? so it would be on my phone just like it is now with the env2 but i just wouldnt pay for it and wouldnt use it type of deal? and also my last question is is this a normal phone? or is it again something like a pay-as-you-go or one of those phones that little kids get as their first phone, or an old person that cant really understand the concept of a cellular device
ive never heard of pantech like ive heard of lg or samsung. however on the pantech usa website it seems as though they do alot of phones for at&t
Open Question: Will the LG Bliss work without internet?
I recently bought an LG Bliss from US Cellular. We are no longer under a service agreement, so i paid the full retail price for the phone. Since we are not under a service agreement can i still keep the phone and use it without internet capabilities?
Open Question: I just bought an LG Bliss, and I cannot figure out how to change the text message alert tone on it. Help?
I have gone to “Sound Settings”, “Message Alerts”, “Text Message” and selected the tone I want, but the phone continues to use the default US Cellular setting. Does anyone know how to get around this?
